December 25th & 26th Serving

The servings on December 25th and 26th turned out really well! We had a lot of support from our friends and community members. We were able to get enough donations for us to add the December 26th serving very comfortably, as well as enough left overs for a week! It was amazing to see all of the food come together: we had various salads, pasta, stuffings, vegetable roasts, 8 mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes, bread, a huge chocolate blackberry cake, cookies, home made skor bars, and so much more! It was so wonderful to cook and eat with everyone. We did learn a lesson though…check the meal calendar and see when organizations are not serving food around holidays! We also got a lot of monetary donations which have been helping in regard to spices and cooking supplies! Thank you everyone for your love and support!
